PrecisionTestsmSkills Assessment Program - An important element of our candidate evaluation process is PrecisionTest, an exclusive, customized skills assessment system that helps us determine an applicant's general knowledge and technical skills.
Safety & Risk Management Reviews - In a one-on-one setting with a Benchmark Staffing Manager, each temporary employee is given a review of basic safety and risk management techniques prior to ever being assigned. In addition, we ask that each Benchmark client fully communicate its own internal safety and risk management guidelines to all Benchmark temporary employees.
Quality Assurance Evaluations - At Benchmark, we conduct formal quality reviews with each client regarding the performance of Benchmark's temporary employees and our overall staffing services. We are committed to your satisfaction.

Satisfying your staffing requirements is our primary objective. To achieve this goal, we guarantee all of our temporary placements. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, simply call us within the first eight hours of the assignment. We won't charge for those hours worked and will promptly send you a replacement.
